City Pups is currently only available at the properties listed on the “Our Locations Page”. From there our Pup Pals will reach out to your community to see how we can become apart of your family.

City Pups makes safety our highest priority. Your first half day is always free because we use this time to perform a temperance test. Here we will slowly integrate your pup into the pack to ensure they can play safely with the other dogs. If they pass, then you are free to book as many services as you would like.

Our Pet Care Concierge is billed on a monthly basis to keep the cost down for you. By doing it this way, not only do you have access to pet walking, feeding and potty breaks at a moments notice, but we can cut the cost down for you. For example, an average 25 minute walk costs the consumer $25 on other platforms. With us, that same $25 minute walk costs $12.50.

Absolutely! If you’d like to drop your pup off to us at the dog park, please select that in the app when booking and we will be waiting for you at the selected time.

City Pups provides the safest and most convenient doggy day care to date. We bring in all of the equipment and staff to provide traditional doggy day care on-site at your complex’s existing dog park. Here your pup will get to interact with their furry neighbors and our trained staff. We have fun play ground equipment, toys and water features for your pup to have a great time when they are with us.

Absolutely! Please send an email to Support@citypups.pet and we can transfer your profile to your new home.

For the Doggy Daycare if the weather is bad then we will not operate on site that day. You will be notified in the app prior to your scheduled time that day and you will not be charged.

When you sign up for our Concierge services you get access to one 25 minute walk per day GURANTEED! However, we are on site all day for additional ancillary services as well. Say you’re running late getting home from work and your pup needs to be fed. Simply send a message to your concierge in the app and we will take care of that for you! We can feed your pup, provide water in their bowl and even take them out for an additional potty break at no additional cost.

Yes, your dog will need to be vaccinated for Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella prior to using our services. We do this to ensure a safe environment for your pup and their pup neighbors.
